Residence Chic (RC) is an aspirational lifestyle brand that’s 100% Black female owned,
managed and controlled. The founding director, Ms Amanda Mtana honed her skills and
innate abilities around executive event planning & management; interior design and décor
- over a ten (10) year journey.
RC has in the past two (2) years progressively carved a niche in the built environment
and currently boosts a mixed project portfolio consisting of New Build, Property Renovation
& Refurbishment Works.
Head quartered in Johannesburg, RC has design studios in East London and Alice, as
well as a maturing virtual presence in Cape Town and Durban.
